Oliver's Baking Potatoes are grown in Cambridgeshire on Red Tractor Approved Farms. We select our Roasting potatoes for their shape and size, and of course flavour!
This season we have grown two varieties for Baking; Nectar and Melody. These varieties boast a lovely smooth skin finish and shallow eyes, which makes them ideal for baking and eating with the skins on.
Their fluffy texture and pale yellow flesh works beautifully with a good amount of cheese and butter, oh and perhaps a bit of bacon!
